1.      Welcome

    1. Roll- YuYing, Kevin Sproul, Jim Kniss, Lazlo, Lorenda Lee, Miriam Cope, Christy Freeman, Ingrid, Blanca, Melisa, Tobias
    2. Conference feedback- all positive

·        volunteer for Nor Cal conference

·        Passed on info to new program chair

·        Passed on marketing info

·        Education track for tomorrow

  4. Chapter administration- installation of new officers
    1. Lorenda installed as incoming president
    2. New board:

                                                               i.      Dan Henderson- Vice President

                                                             ii.      Melisa Caric- Secretary

                                                            iii.      Tobias Wolf- Treasurer

    1. Lorenda’s first action

                                                               i.      Propose addition of new VP for representation in the north part of our chapter territory

                                                             ii.      Invite Jim Kniss of Ventura county to serve as new VP

    1. Introduce ourselves to potential new Board members; talk about what we’ve done, what SoCal URISA is all about, why they and their organizations would benefit
